Hi and welcome.

1. When you play ITST event matches, they do/should not have Super Tie Break.

2. Sorry, I don't fully understand this question.

3. Are you asking if you can play people in matches that are not for the ITST events? If so, then yet, you can add people and play friendly, exhibition matches with them, if you want.

4. The cheesy play is not a rule, just a polite suggestion or guide. No one is perfect, and sometimes in a match you may do some thing, your opponent thinks is 'cheesy'. Don't worry about it - just try not to do the cheesy play too many times, and you will be ok. :)
I used to think I was indecisive... but now I'm not so sure.

No

How Functionning the qualify tournament ?

Qualify tournaments are only use for the GS tourneys, some players don't have access to the main draws of those big tourneys due to their low rank and need to play qualify rounds, that simple. If you win your matches you play the tournament, like the ATP tour, you'll get access to the main draw.
The number of matches you have to win to play the main draw depends on how many players sign up.

Can we do some exhibition match ?
You can play as many exhibitions matches as you want against ITST members, but you won't get points for that. Don't really know what you are asking, sorry, can you rephrase it?

What Happen if by accident I use a cheesy play ?

Image hahaha

First you'll get a warning, and if you continue playing cheesy and we have many complaints against you could be banned from ITST.
Best thing you can do is to contact any host if you have doubts about what is cheesy and what it's not

Never underestimate the pain of a person, because in all honesty, everyone is struggling. Some people are just better at hiding it than others.

No super tie break, it is best of 3 or 5 sets, that will be listed in the tournament info.

You can do exhibition matches for fun, but it will not affect your ITST rank.

You will probably get a warning first, and then action will be taken if other ppl say the same thing about you. If you ead the fair play at ITST thread, it will list all the cheesy tactics.

Remember, you can only use a created character for itst, and itb cannot have the Monster defense ability, ao the Topspin Invasion/ Poisined slices COACH, those abilities are legal.

And idk much about qualies, but I suggest you start with future tournetys, and progress from there.

Good luck and welcome to ITST, I hope that I helped, if you have any more questions feel free to ask. :D

welcome to itst ,
1st question: you've to look in the web page of the tournament. normally, there aren't supertiebreaks in the third set.
itst 250, itst 500 and itst masters 1000 3 sets 6 games by set
grand slams 5 sets 6 games by set
2nd question: i don t know but i suppose that firstly there is the qualification and after the principal tournament with 128 players more or less
3rd question: you can play training matches with your usual opponents. for example i train a lot with three players: cupelino, ff94 nl and bartjohn, that they were opponents.
4th question: sorry but i think that i can't answer this question because i'm not sure. anyway i don t think that you make a cheesy play accidentaly
good luck in itst.
