Nice. I know you've been waiting on it for ages. Dunno why it took so long in HK. Guess they must have really extensive networks due to high population densities (and unlike most highly populated places, people are wealthy enough to buy PS3s) so it took longer to sort out.

No dont think it was that.. just privacy issues - some goverment agencies hadnt given permission, so it was a similar situation to Japan. Now I need to test out my created players online but cannot connect to anyone.. lol.
