Hi all,
I was following that TI/MD thread but it just got repetitive and boring so can anyone summarize what the new rules/restrictions are for the regular tour/character setups? - and do they still stand even after the announcement of the patch from 2K?

At the moment there are no rules for the regular tour. There is currently a test tournament testing out the effectiveness of some minor rules:
1) Coaches Pei Jeng Quah and John Samala are not allowed
2) No stats over 95 allowed
These may or may not be implemented on the regular tour, depending on the results of this tournament and the upcoming patch.
