First of all, Tam... I don't know HOW many times I have to say this for you to understand it. I use 90% control shots! I have played loads of matches against you and many others. I only use power shots in these occasions and even them I often use control shots:
1. If I get enough prep-time to go for a clean winner
2. Have outplayed my opponent completely and use a power shot down the line to finish the points
3. I like to use power shots on inside outs
4. My players stamina is empty, which means low efficiency on control shots, hence I use power shots to both surprise my opponent and because they are more effective than control shots when stamina is completely drained.
These are the only four occasions I use power shots and still in all of the mentioned, I often just uses control shots to put them away too. Leaving a merely 10% of my total shots during a full match, as power shots. 10 shots out of 100 shots. 1 out of 10 shots.
So all this crap from you, Tam, about me adapting rules to gain advantage in this game is total nonsense. Ask anyone who have played me. If Ali-Iqbal was the one coming with this suggestion, I maybe would have raised the some of the same skeptics. Since he have used Rabari and in all my matches against him, fighting those power shots like a mad man
The sole reason I suggested this, was that I think they look MUCH more realistic than flat control shots. Supporting me with suggesting something like this, was the old reading from TS3 sim-tour, which was a tour without risk-shots.
Secondly, R1 serves... What can I say that I haven't said before? Please read this thread in whole for a thorough understanding of my opinion. It's merely just for my sake I defend it, but mostly because it's nearly impossible to score S&V points if your opponent knows you are coming to the net. It would completely kill any chance of being effective at net with a all-round player. Please read the thread if you want more answers and please use that thread to discuss this. This thread is about me running for president, so it's not fitting to discuss R1 serves here. My view about the case can be found here:

Press conference over, thank you for coming.
