Okay, 8 xbox and 6 PS3 players now.

Just wanted to post a little image of the design for the draw. Might be some changes to it. Make it bigger and more clear. Anyways, you'll get an idea of how it will look. It says PS3 Tournament on the image, but there will of course be a similar one to Xbox.

When we have enough players to fill a 16 player tournament, I will fill in the names and post the draw with all the participants included.
I will update the file so that people can follow the same link to look at the draw.

For your information I will make the draw using this random sequence page.

Every player will get a number, then the page draws a random sequence of numbers which will be that players place in the draw. This way it will be truly random.

The date isn't set yet, but I think I'm going to set the deadline in a week or two, depending on how much sign-ups there are this week. I'll keep you posted!

I will participate in the tournament, yes.

I think it would be more interesting without Rabari, Ali. Try the silver coach with IR, he's pretty much the same, only without CPS.

The other option would be to allow him, with 84 stat cap.

Though, I think this will be a really good chance to think out of the box. Try new coaches. If I was very mean, I would say no Welsh too, but we have to see how he will cope with 168 wings. Hopefully he'll be less powerful.

Yes, it is enough, but I want to see if we can gather 16 players. I will make the call next week. We should be enough players for at least an 8 man tournament on both consoles by then.

Have you even checked out the silver coach? His name is Sotirios Eroglu. He has a much better backhand than Rabari. Here's his stats:

Wings equally divided. 16 OB, 4 DB.

Forehand:70
Backhand:80 (+10)
Serve: 77 (+7)
Volley: 39
Power: 83 (+10)
Stamina: 78 (+3)
Speed: 52
Reflexes: 51

If you put all bonuses to the backhand, you get a 60/90 wings. By putting all to forehand, you get 80/70. 80/70 is more than enough for a pure power player, if you prefer a strong forehand. If you choose to have 60/90, you'll have one hell of a backhand combined with IR.

I think this build makes up for Rabari. You should look into him.

Great, 7 PS3 players now.

The reach jumping shot, is when you're on the run for a ball and your player jumps after it to slice it. I'm not entirely sure if the player jumps after the ball if you use other shot types(haven't really tried it). It 's not a shot you decide to do, the game automatically uses it when you're juuuust able to reach the ball. It's a last resort kind of thing on the defence. I have met people online who, instead of slicing it, uses drop shots on these defensive reaches. When put in that situation if you are standing just a little too far away from the net, you have no chance of hitting a decent shot, and most of the time turns the situation and gives your opponent control of the point. It's just too unrealistic that you can turn around the momentum of a point with a shot like that and therefore it should not be used in this tournament. Drop shots shouldn't be used as defensive shots at all imo.

i m not sure whether i will play or not... i only signed up because itst didnt arrange a tournament after paris masters so i was bored.., but if itst arranges a "itst open" tournament like last year then i wont play this tournament
