seriously , in TS2 ,when you create a small black player he really was faster than every other player !

but in TS3 and TS4 shoes ,haircuts , race, big noses really makes no difference in SPEED POWER or SERVE QUALITY

true, in TS2 being small, lean and muscular really increase speed and give quick direction changing... So why not in ts4...
