There should be a button selection right after the point is over like in SCT3X - Calm, A - Pumped, B - Angry, Y - Throw Racquet.
These should also vary based on what you select as your players Mood Style or what ever it is(like when it says calm, normal or exuberant when creating, i cant remember exactly what it says but you should get what i mean)
