Great setup this SIM tour! I guess it will be really fun. But i can't understand why we don't can give own names to the players, and fill the FH-BH ratio ourself. That will create a little of our own including the rules of this SIM player. Is there any reason for this strict rules especially about the player names?

I think that name rule is so when you want to discuss it, it is easy to recognize them all. ANd i am pretty sure if the name is wrong then play the match and then message them afterward.

Just to make it super idiot proof, you should add to this rule:
Players are to move all the way to the middle when serving beginning of each set (including first)

I'm disappointed to see that it's necessary, but I suspect some people are doing so but then moving freely after the first point. Letter/spirit of the law problem.
Make it clear that they need to stay at the middle, or at least not intentionally move wider at any point. And if someone "accidentally" moves a bit to the cheddar side, they should be forced to move all the way back to the T.

No rule for TS4 - it only applied to TS3.

Yeah it was for mainly double risk short slice returns from inside the baseline.
