Easy way to create a quick character?

Hi does anyone know a quick way to make a character other than completing the game first to open up the unlocked points? Just started playing this on ps3 instead of xbox and cant be arsed to play through career again to completion!!!!?

The only thing I know is career but tou can change it to a 7 point game I think, thats much quicker jus put it 2 easy an rush through it.
