2K Open ranking point system

Can somebody explain how the ranking system works. I love playing the 2k open as its much more fun playing with balanced pro players. I wish we could have a tour using these players. If only 2k created a clear online ranking system for the 2k open it would be great....they need something like Topspin 1 system . Does anyone understand how this one works? Please please please can we have a pro tour?
