How do you guys practice?

Just play practice matches against CPU or friends on PS3.
Just finished playing against Nadal (Very Hard) on RG

2-6, 4-6, 6-1, 6-4, 6-3

Need to work on my serve though.

1st serve % = 64
win % 1st serve = 63
win % 2nd serve = 56
Aces = 6
Double foults = 20

So i wasted a lot of points there. Especially during the 1st and 2nd set/
