Does The Power Stat Effect Serve Speed

I created a guy with 20 levels of s+v just to see what he's like but my serve isnt THAT quick. 120's mostly. I see some people online hitting late 130's regular.

His power is only 40... is this why? If not I guess I just cant serve...

Yeah its to do with the power rating. High serve stats is mainly for the accuracy of the serve
