Curious. Sam seemed to have typed in French. What language is this?

Yet, since we cannot tell if some one is "pumped-up," it maybe so that most have their character's ability up to 100% in each skill.
Maybe, there can be a sim version (restricted percentage) and a reg tour (max percentage).
Just some suggestions.

I think that will be a great idea to work on this any way. There is no way of checking to see if a player will be honest with his/her character set-up. Also, there is no standard or rule saying what is an "acceptable" character to play with.
Like you said, a character max should be agreed on and then a game notification feature needs to be added in your game.
This way, players can then verify the character's talent.
Q. Reese wrote:If that is the case, that is good, but players still can edit the stats with your editor.
I think there should be a character max standard then you would implement it after it is all decided on.
This way, everything will be fair. I agree with you.
I just has to be quick, because 2011's tour is already here.
