Hi. I am curious when I play internet matches, and act as host, it says players can have 100% at all skills. But as far as I can tell it is not possible to play with 100%. Is that assumption correct, or is there a way to change the skill levels? Thanks.

In ITST you can not change the skills of the players. Just play in the pattern.

In fact, when it says 100%, it is because you will play with all the skills of your player at most that he has.

For example: If he has 90 forehand power, in ITST he will play with the 90 power. That is, 100% of its capacity.

It is no use changing the skills in the notepad because it will be marked that you have changed the skills and this is forbidden. I hope I have helped.
