Are you trying to connect as GUEST or are you using the password they sended to you by email ?

Do you created a unique name with this password ? (there should be some URL do to so in the email you received as well, you need to complete this step).

Maybe try to connect only as a guest (typing "guest" when connecting online as a register code) to see if its a software / version problem. If you can connect as guest then maybe it should be some problem with your code/unique name in bimboo database then you'll inquiry about that to bimboo support.

You can check software version in the main dmt screen, up right, it should show ver2.15. If not, be sure to run updater.exe in the dmt folder.

Another thing some people noticed since 2.15 is that there is some registration bug in this version as when you install it whith the 2.15 installer, then everytime its launched it will show as unregistered and need to be registered again with the code (each launch.. very annoying bug), check this too, if you registered it first time but it shows unregistered maybe its preventing you to play online other than guest. Most people having this register loop problem resolved it by re-installing dmt with the 2.14 installer (not available on the bimboo site but easy to find on some websites, just googling "dream match tennis 2.14"), then updating to 2.15 with the updater, then the game doesn't ask to be registered each time its launched.

Well, it's not a problem with your code / registration then. Anyone can connect as a guest even with the demo version. So i think it's a software problem or a firewalling problem, what else it should be ?

did you tried to re-install the game ? weird.
