Yes, exactly, this is different system than we used in old World Tour
So I suggest only to post results, screenshots, match descriptions, comments etc, but arranging your match please only via PM or MSN (but remember, if you won't play your match - then it has to be resolve by WO/luck draw/no match and only messages via PM counts, so if you don't want to lose by WO/no match you have to send at least one PM to your opponent)
if you won't play your match:
1) luck draw/coin toss - both players can't create game
2) WO - example, player A sent to player B PM, player B didn't send any message via PM, only via MSN or on forum - result WO for player A
3) no match - any of players didn't send PM to his opponent and can't find time to arrange match
All situations are considered individually so if player A sent few PM's to opponent in different days and player B sent only one PM it can be also WO to player A instead of luck draw etc.
edit:
I had to change in this post a "no match" rule - inability to find proper time to play is "no match", not "luck draw" because it can be manipulated by weaker player to have chance 50/50 to advance
