BTW I voted for " clones". I know it´s not gonna be the most popular choice, but I think it would be great.
We could be focus just on the game, because now when I see someone with 90 on serve I do know I´m not gonna be able to return his serves properly.( at least in my case), and that discourage me before the start of the match.

PS: I know I´ll lost on first round but I´m gonna play the Australian Open with 70 on all the attributes, and I´ll try to mix my game( baseline and net), I´ll see how it works

You are right Moralspain. Everyone got 70 would be fine. No 90 serve (me included) and everybody has to play with same skills. That would be fair. I voted for 90/40  bec. i didn`t see the clones............sorry

I'd go with Robs 40-90 with max. of 2 > 80. Else some decent S&V will be the victim of trying to kill the power players..

a note: to follow my rule you don't need microsoft excel at all. there will be 4 or 5 allowed layout and they will be posted in an ITST page. Anyway, there could be even just 1 layout, since probably everyone will be using the 1 (red)-2 (oranges) -2 (yellow) system. so you don't need to understand maths or c++, really :D

all you need to do is check out your opponent's stats before the beginning of a match, just to be sure he does not cheat. but hey, you have to do it in any case, no matter what rule you choose...

oh, btw an option in the poll is missing: "2K, TAKE THAT DAMN PATCH AWAY, IT **** UP THE GAME!!" i've been noticing the effects of a patch for a while and, if at the beginning i didn't notice any change, now i see that the floaty ball HEAVILY make my gamestyle less effective. why? basically, 'cause i never risk during a rally (except lots of slice risks against who plays in the 1st row of the public). thanks a lot! :D

I might join you on this one. Maybe not at the Aussie Open but a smaller tournament after it.

Tansupalavik -
"Pogagna color rules and have Microsoft Excel open at the same time"

You don't have to have excel open, please take out excel from the poll, it is scaring people into picking something else.

Like Pogagna said, the "options" will be posted on ITST website, therefore no need for any calculations what so ever, as long as you are not colorblind you will be ok, else, you will have to count.

I will also create a 70 overall clone, not a bad idea to have one. Before any match starts, just ask what setup your opponent prefers and play to it! Sounds simple enough.

I just played with this 70's character against a pretty much 70's guy (without risk shots).
He wasnt that good really but I think you'll get very long rallies if we all use the same stats, I'm not sure if I have that much time :-)

SV perhaps is the best way to play then.

I don't agree, the rallies are a little longer, but you can certainly "go for it" to stop the rally. Pushers - will chose to just return the ball and run, but an
All Courter will "pick his spots" and attack at the right time in a rally. Add to that volley, which is going to be 70 and it should be great deal of fun! Can't wait to check it out tonight.
