What Factors Determine Who Gets The Walkover?

I got an email saying I lost a match via walkover. We Taca and I JUST played, so who and what factors determine this result?

If whoever examines our PM's you will see I was the more proactive one who was more readily available. I was trying to get in touch with Taca for several days. Then he shows up last night and spams me with PM's, lol. Does the system look at who PMs more and then hands the win over to that person?

Explain this one to me.

Even Taca has no idea how he got that walkover. So you tell me who deserves to get the walkover after looking at these screenshots and seeing that as soon as we were able to play I was the first one to act, not him..

This is not directed at Taca whatsoever, as far as i'm concerned he is a nice guy and a good player, I just feel whoever made this decision didn't take all of the facts into consideration.

My mistake I guess, Taca sent me a message saying that you didn´t show up on time... I took his word for it even though neither of you really proposed an actual time to play from what I could see.

You did make first contact and he was quite late and a bit weird about it now that I´ve checked all the PM´s he sent...
If you let me know the score I´ll fix the draw right away.

i just like to make sure everyone has the facts and wins and walkovers are handed out fairly.
