Postby VillaJ100 » Thu, 27 May 2010 11:31

So, i was trawling through the net and came across this guy's website thats made these very in depth guides about all the virtua tennis and top spin 3 games, and explains top spin 3's multiplayer but laments about the amount of cheesers online and has given up the game. has anyone else come across this website, and does the guy belong to ITST?

I think I've been to it, a long time ago...if we're thinking of the same guy, then his TS2 advice was really mediocre at best from what I remember. I'll bet it's the same site, because I remember his guide to TS2 included a fair amount of bitching about 'cheesers' as well. What's the link?

Is he the one who believes risking and risk returning is cheap?

Yep that's the site I was thinking of. Just read the TS2 guide for a laugh. Here's a little excerpt: 'Don’t rely on the risk shot or risk drop shot by incorporating them frequently in your game. Only deadbeats do this who can’t win a game on their own merit.'

 WHAT a friggin scrub

You gotta give him credit for making this guide. Its quite detailed summary of the game. I gotta agree with Jaylove though. Most of the times i dont share his views about the gameplay.

Seeing as he is and has been opposed to the risk shot in every TS guide i doubt he is an ITST member.

Yes, I have seen this website when I first bought TS3. Credit to the guy for his in depth knowledge (some people may differ opinions, but mostly, he is on the right lines).

The Agassi creation details there is excellent.

yeah i think he's prbably bitching about risking when you have 4x100, which lets face it is major overkill.

I just think it's funny how he talks about strategies to use against the AI when in reality the AI is easy as shit on VERY HARD.

Oh there's no bad blood, I don't even know who the guy is or know his gamertag, I just totally remember reading the TS2 guide back when I was really into that game, and thinking it was incredibly stupid 4-5 years ago...I guess gamers like him make me mad, that's all. I don't like the preachy tone of the guides and how he portrays himself as a 'victim' of 'cheesy tactics' and whatnot.

Lets settle this. Vieira, get in touch with him and put him to the ITST challenge. You representing the 'worst' ITST player?
