X Box Versus PLaystation here is a tip

Hi All

Well it seems X Box has less lag but i wouldnt know the difference as i have never had X-Box as i have only had PSN.

Now Top Spin 3 and PSN have some ports you should open so you get less lag and dropouts and living in Australia it has helped me considerably when i opened these ports.

Here they Are please open these ports TS Playstation Players as i am sure 90% of you havent done this.

TCP Ports: 80, 443, 5223, and 10070 - 10080
UDP Ports: 3478, 3479, 3658, 10070, and 50100

These ports are for Playstation and Top Spin 3 so they canbe less lag and less dropouts.

I checked it on the site and all I found was TCD 5223 and UCD 5223, 3478, 3479, 3658 where did you get the other ones?

I phoned Playstation Direct and did some enquiries searching on gaming forums.

The playstation ports also give more access to Audio and general Playstation streaming.

Hi All

Although this will help i cant guarantee 100% lage free games as the Top Spin Server i believe is in Europe so USA, South America, And Australia might have more lagging than Europe.

on xbox 360 its also important to open the ports to play without lag

This works pretty well! The only problem is my roomates lose their connection when they try to log on and eventually nothing works. It was sweet for the little bit of time it was working. sigh

Had to restore original settings and I played it again and couldn't bare how bad it was again and just turned it off.
