Time to take a break, its been emotional...

Hi All,

I just wanted to announce my temporary retirement from ITST and topspin in general. The last year has been great playing ITST and this is a great place to be. However I feel too much of my time is being spent either thinking about the game and playing either ITST matches or exhibitions.

With this I feel I am losing sight of my personal commitments at times and have noticed my use of time is becoming unhealthy.

Getting to number 1 SIM was fun, but to be honest my best experiences were great battles both in ITST and exhibitions with the likes of Rae, SMP Andyroro, Puttu, Specialist, Moral & Ensimada on a regular basis - not to mention some titanic battles with players like Emate, Djarivk, Anil, Joesixtoe, Anteros, Jaga and others.

The true SIM like matches is what makes this game for me, variety of shots & serves, movement, non abuse of risk and rallies etc. I hope this continue to flourish and fair play continues.

I may look to return in early summer and I hope you see you all again soon - may thanks to all and to ITST for a truely great online experience.

It certainly has been and always will be Emotional, this is part of the fun man.

You have a lot of painfully true points in your post. I think most of us experienced them at one point or experience them daily.

I have never dedicated so much time to a videogame...
sometimes i think that i'm spending too much time playing topspin3 especially since Sim is started...I have also noticed that my use of time is becoming unhealty
but i can't stop playing...it's becoming like a drug

you are without a doubt on of the best sim players by itst . so i hope you don´t end your TS3 carriere .

Good luck, Baghdad. We never played any official matches but I always had fun playing you in exhibition. You are one guy that helped me become a much better player!

It s really sad you leave ITST, some weeks ago i played against you one of - if not THE most exciting match on ITST, high class SIM match with Roland Garros feeling.

Players on ITST:

I am one Year member of ITST.
I have played vs all good players.

And i can say Picachu and Anteros or Norberto
are great Players...Actually the best of all-time,

but Bagdhad Kebab was the best sim player of
all Time actually!!! He was my greatest
Rival on Sim.

Why? Not the Ranking was important or the points
in tournaments.

NO, the game without RT, the game with the best
gameplay with all balls, Serve and volley, return,
Angles, incredible Balls. The fight on your television
Screen, and the game goes 45min or more. WOW

Every Match vs him was a highlight in my ITST Career.

A Match vs Baghdad to loose is better as a Final
to play (LOL) or a game to win

Important is it to win a game yes clear,
but more a nice play.


ATTENTION: Actually leave the best SIM (Realistic)
Player ITST. But Why???

Think about it!!!

The most Germans are going, cause RT.

Why comes you not back Picachu. We have play one game last summer
and that was for me a other highlight in my Career...You are one of the
complete Player without or litte RT.

I don't know, retos, setheleh, Tantsupalavik and Anil are not playing any more.
I am a journeyman at best. LOL
I guess all of us are not big fans of RT shots, even though we use them occasionally, no offence to anyone, at least we construct points.
You and Niten Doraku are great players, we don't get to play much, but you guys have improved a lot since last year.
Maybe we can play some friendlies.

i don´t think its only because the RT shots
i think the point is that TS3 is now more than 2 years old -and after playing 2 years a game its normal that a game started to be boring .esspecially when the game is full of mistakes.(just my opinion)
