Online "Player Matches" Wanted (USA)

I'm new to ITST and I'm not very good as compared to others that I have played.

I am on the east coast in the US and would like to play some matches using the regular stable of players (typically Murray myself).

Once I get a new xbox I will be able to take part in the actual Tour here, but for now, my game freezes whenever I try to make a person so player matches is all I have.

I would prefer people who like to get into rallies. I'm not against the risk shots but I'd like to play a couple of less intense ones to work on various aspects of my game.

your game freezes when you make a new character or when you try to join world tour with a created character ?
