I didn't look at your stats, but you played well with him. However you set him up seems to work. As far as the bh's, B or C is good. I can't hit with A to save my life.

B is mine but you know that...

D is a funny one too:-) I should actually get a bit into that one.

To make a Youzhny

D is the one where two hands are on the raquet at first then they follow through with one hand?---i like C because it seems to have more powerful down the line shots....but, B motion i could pull people off the court better with the cross court spin shots...but when i was ready to hit it down the line there was no power to it....i think i will stick to C...i may not be able to pull people off the court as much but...the down the line shot is where i have to make my money

The down the line shot worked well against me last night. It made it much tougher for me to pull off running forehand risks.

okay...well you seem like you agree as well about the down the line bh...ill stick with C motion....and i have to give thanks to Anil for talking me into going to a one handed bh...once again thank you Anil....and Rob at least i made you come up with shots rather than just giving points to you like i usually do

I made a guy too quickly a couple weeks ago and forgot entirely to change the player style...
And I really like all A's. I've been playing with one handed bh a, fh a, serve a. etc...

The only problem I have with the backhand is really high bouncing topspin shots. Just as Federer can't come over them, neither can I. Have to slice those every time or else hit a gimpy shot.

@emate---i think that goes with all of the one handed bh's---im in big trouble if someone give me a loopy high bouncing shot to my bh with a one hander....but i think the D motion helps hitting those high loopy ones

The high balls are tough because you don't have 90 on your backhand. Positioning actually matters.

Slice works best for High bouncing balls.

Try not to pre-press too early. Generally, one handed BH are slice out of every position but attacking one.
Level 13 Edberg and counting...

Scoot your guy back while charging your shot, aim, then release when it's at a lower height.

do you guys think if i have been playing with my sim-pro guy for so long even in 90-40 tourneys....if i switch back to a stacked set-up things will seem easier? just a question, i wander what its like to play stacked again? i have totally forgot what its like to play with 90pwr and 90 on both wings with 90 spd or 90 serve, probably pretty boring IMO....i will continue to use my sim-pro guy in all 90-40 tourneys.....anyone else with me and want to do the same?

We could say, "any player with the same stats as a pro is allowed" but that's kind of hard to check when you're getting ready to play a match.

I think allowing pros with level 70 or lower would be OK, but not Federer, Roddick, Borg, etc.

To be honest the rules for the custom players are pretty cool.

The arre a bit weak in a way but They are in the same league as Murray and Monfils and Haas.
So I think it works. Murray is nr. 3 in the world. So.....

It's true that I like Monfils setup a lot. But I think he'll be allowed anyways? I would just have to take 2 of speed and put the on serve .

Murray's stats in TS3 don't reflect the Number 3 Murray really.. I think when the game came out in 06/2008, Murray was around 11 in the world. The number 3 Murray would have had much better stats, probably 75 overall like Fed and Nadal.

But I agree, using the pros with 70 overall should be fine against a created character with the Sim rule here. Some really interesting matchups and fun matches to play I'm sure.

UHM......

Maybe his serve. But if you are able to risk well. Murray is really tricky.

Cause he gets everything back...Can hit slice slice till he can take over with a risker somewhere.

His stats look weak but he is really not.
