Another corrbuster's victory, this time marlon :) 7/6 6/3 Marlon played great defensive game, but I was lucky with powerfull groudstrokes and volleys.

Good stuff man! If you can provide some stats on your future matches, it would be great man! We could see exactly how the game played out this way. Congrats!

Tough one Marlon. So close.

Bashmakov def Lopez 7-6, 6-7, 6-3

Match stats:

94 % 1st service 92
76 % points won 1st service 68
67 % points won 2nd service 50
12 aces 0
1 df 0
56 winners 41
19 ue 15
2/9 bp 1/10
124 points won 108

A very hard match with a lot of risk shots, i had to risk almost in every rally if i wanted win the point, corrbuster risks a lot and very well, he broke me in the first game of the match with a couple of good risk resturns ( i would say that he risks in returns 100 % of times) and i made a ue with a no risk shot, and finally he could broke my service, but when he was serving with 5-4 i think he was a bit nervous , he lost his service and i managed win the tie break, in the second he saved several bp, i had a 0-40 that couldn´t convert and he punished me in the tie break with his risk returns, in the third i began playing more agressive and i broke him with 2-1 i think, in this set his tactic with returns didn´t work well and i could win the set, but it necesary serve really really well with this guy if u want win your service game.

We managed to play today our match. Likos defeats Djarvik(for the first time ;p) 6-3, 6-3.

Overall the match had some great rallies, with smart playing, wrong footing each other. It was mostly baseline play with some approaches to the net from my side. Also it was a bit laggy today, messing us with the timing.

I managed to break in 4-3 and i hold my serve difficulty cause Djarvik was pressuring to get the break back. 6-3

Second set i got the confidence i needed and i was playing better because this was the first time in 2 months i had been in a hard court(clay season) and i was playing my game. I broke early this time in 2-1 and i hold with pressure again from Dj with some deuces.

In the last game, i went 0-40 and i broke in 15-40, 6-3

Part of the match statistics(We had a disconnection in 4-3 1st set)

Match Statistics (Likos/ Djarvik)
First Serve Percentage: 99/88
Win Percentage on First Serve: 75/72

Well done man. I have rally tried to overcome the conditions, but you were simply better tonight. My returns were simply not there. I could get it to deuce lots of times and stay there....but couldn't earn a break point, that is so crucial to my game. Congrats!!! :tu

Likos gets past Petrelli 6-3, 6-3

Great match with loads of b.p opportunities and the difference was i converted most of them. Petrelli is a great returner, i think he competes with djarvik and alex in terms of return, i couldn't get a free point against him! Loads of rallies and some s&v from petrelli with success most of the times.

Always a pleasure playing you my friend and i hope maximo's serve has one bad day when we meet

Match Statistics (Likos/ Petrelli) Cannon Vs House
