Couldnt you use one of the alternates instead of a no match/WO

I like the way Djarvik broke down the world tour finals. Nice summary man.

I think Djarvik may decide a no match (not saying that he will), because the top two spots of the group is already decided already.

3/3
3/2
2/0
2/0

It is pretty much a wrap. I guess it would be nice to have the others play for the mostly prized 200 pts. It may help in the rankings?

Since this is the last tournament of the year and the final I'll give a little report:

Alex def Nitoflament 6-4 6-4

1st set:

We both start off strong winning our service games to love. I mange to go up 15-40 on his serve at 1-1 and break it. Nito managed to get two break points later on but they were saved and I served out for the set

2nd set:

Nito starts off strong whie i'm not playing quite as well as in the 1st set. Ultimately we both held till 4-4, where for the first time in the set I was up on his serve taking a 0-30 lead. I think i broke at 30-40. I then went up 30-0 on my serve and thought it was over, but just when you start thinking that its 30-all. I did eventually serve out winning the next two points.

I didn't think I had much of a chance coming into the game, with nito being almost invincible in MS these days, and not losing a set all tournament.
Luckily for me I think he wasnt performing as well as he usually does. The key for me was to take my chances as soon as they came (they are usually rare) and luckily I managed to do just that.

I'm happy that since I didnt get far in MSS I managed to win this one. also congrats to nito who has had a fantastic season. See you all next year!

Congrats Alex! :tu end of the year is always slow, you know, since there are no more points to play for - people disappear till next season
