I agree with Devilish on this one, you do have a bit of a dick head attitude. In summary you use 100 stats on WT (which is fine btw) a lot of the time, I played you (quite a while ago now) with you using 100 stats. I then create a player which I used no more than say 3 times to see what big stats were like, bumped into you again and you quit on me saying "you don't play guys with big stats"

Realising I had played you before with your stacked guy once I brought it to your attention you quickly reversed your statement and claimed the reason you quit was because I was a "bad advertisement for ITST" because I used a guy with 99 serve & speed - don't make me laugh. I am top flight SIM & I like fair play and realistic topspin - however I have every right to have a bit of fun with big stats once in a while don't I? (albeit it was just for a few matches on WT) - perhaps I should of just played against the computer so I could of hidden the shame!
In all fairness our discussion got a little bit heated and we messaged each other a good few times trying to argue the toss - I can speak for myself when I say that I didn't handle the situation very well, so on behalf of both of us a few days later I sent a 'peace' message via xbox and you completely blanked me. A bit rude was that but I got over it
So moral of the story is, if you give abuse or send random messages to people via xbox live I see little point in trying to come across like you got a lot of dignity because lets face it, you have not really got much, have you?
Yeah I remember. When I first played WT I did not use 90/40 setup because at the times that I would play I never ran across ITST 90/40 people. It was always stacked people that didnt play Itst. So that is why I used that. Then I noticed I started coming across more and more 90/40 and itst players so at that point I decided to change and go with that. My point with you was it was strange advertising ITST while playing exact opposite of that. One thing you never seem to understand in the argument was that you made it all about being a superior player and it was never about that for me. I know your a better player so why are you bringing that up. I have never claimed to be a better player than I am. Im mediocre at best and have never said otherwise.

as for the dignity statement, i have never done the disconnect to give myself the win, i dont tramline serve, i dont return in the baseline, i try to use equal stats to my opponent when i know. i also dont out of the blue send people random comments as you mention. i do not constant drop shot.
i do not abuse people via xboxlive either.
Acerbomb - I ain't going to get carried away with this. Although one thing I cannot stand is people who tell outrageous lies, without even batting an eyelid.
For example last year at Wimbledon I seem to remember 2 top players playing a QF and one had reported a 5 set loss and the other reported a 3 set win - so the winner was not debated but the score was so far out - it is understandable that someone could post a match 7-5 7-6 rather than 7-6 7-6 but to say it went to 5 when it was 3 or vice versa is just weird - so obviously 1 person is telling an absolute outrageous lie - to me that is the lowest of the low. Then it escalated and the 2 exchanged words on a thread and it all got a bit out of hand.
The fact remains that one person was fibbing but guess what? Nobody on the forum ever knew any wiser - because at the end of the day we could bat it out all day and still get nowhere.
However, just for mine and yours attention, because lets face it "we" know what was said and how it panned out, I will just clarify:
- I played you like a few days apart when you were using an ITST 90/40 guy and 100 stack WT guy - so don't fib and make it out like it was years apart. Anyway not the point....
- the point is that you "quit on me" and flung me abuse because you don't play against stacked players even though you used a stacked player only DAYS before
- in a way the whole 'bad advertisement' is actually a completely separate point. The point is that you are a very hyporcritical young man (or lady).
- You are completely blowing up your story about how I bigged up my game or level. I did try and justify to you that I wasn't a stack player or cheeser & yes pointed out to you that I was a top flight SIM player and was only using the player for a bit of 1-minute fun...but looking back I don't now why I bothered.
- the whole arguement was not buit on whether either of us was a superior player, although yes it got into a bit of war of words from both of us.
- I don't think you will find one person here on ITST who could say that meeting me on WT, before ITST or on ITST that I have ever bigged my superiorness up in PM's or messages
- of course you send random messages, the whole point of this was your "random message" you sent me after quitting, realising I had under covered you and then telling me I was a bad advertisement. Can you not see that?
- I don't need other members to agree or pitch in here, because I think if I may point out that 2 others well respected players (Devlish & Emate) have both pointed out that you ain't got much respect - especially remembering you from a while back and encountering very similar experiences with you.
- I know I sent you a peace message and apologised for my words, because I don't like leaving discussions, even with strangers, on bad terms. Although we both put out our fair share. I then, followed up with a friend request directly after and said "shoot me up for a game sometime". Because at the end of the day we were both a bit silly.
- Now i half expected no response, just because some people don't want to mend things, which whilst on one hand is a bit rude, on the other your decision is your own and thats fine, i can live with that. However to now lie, again, and say you never received it, between me and you now here, is absolute bullsh*t.
- Like Emate said (sorry for quoting you dude) I also put you in the same class, thats if you can call it "class", as Big foot Greg and McDaniel. The only difference is that they appear to have a mental age of about 12 and are quite laughable, however you can string a sentence together. But the
main difference between you and them, is that they
know they are
