Yeah, my last ITST match with him was a 3 tie break win 6-7 7-6 7-6. He is a great server, hits his spots nicely and often. Great defender and good court awareness.....very hard to go around him.

Congrats.

Thx guys! :D

But don t give to much credit to me. I am sure swifty underated me in the first 2 sets because i never won a set against him (overall 4-0 for him, 3-0 on 90-40, 1-0 on SIM), so i could profite from it.

Without this, i don t think i would have beat him, he s better!

Just lost to Pica in 5 sets guys
6-3, 6-7, 5-7, 6-3, 6-7

Such a tight match, we both had oppurtinites to win, fun match though. Both of us were hitting some crazy volleys. We played just under 2 hours!!!

It seems Pica has no nerves! How many times he wins a 5th set in a tiebreaker?
Incredible...

Thank you guys! But I used to lose tight matches all the time.
And I think I will lose my match with Norberto H, I just can't deal with his Bashmakov, or any Bashmakov.

Norberto with Bashamakov is as dangerous as Rambo using a bazooka

but youve beat two of them

i think you play pretty well with bucci, you played great defensively and if i was a little bit more impatient, or if i didnt hit a few lucky volleys, then you would have beat me in 3 or 4 sets.

Bashmakov seems powerful at the beginning, but i could tell he was wearing, down his shots kept getting less and less powerful. I think Cannon is more powerful than bash. If there are changes, i still hope one has a decent serve, as thats what i like playing with.

Good luck in the next rounds, Pica. you have had the toughest draw no doubt about. youve been tested but have come through so far

He did show me who the daddy is, 6-2 6-1 6-2.

It s hard to compare styles, but i never played a guy that complete as him. He s arguably the the SIM Federer.
