hmmm I want to believe you, really. I was excited to test it...but was disappointed. No difference whatsoever.

dude....its not false---maybe it only effects me...i mean you are not going to see a tremendous difference, but when it comes to risking it does make a difference....with the sensitivity on high your movement---well here ill break it down...you know on your computer how you can slow down and speed up the cursor speed....its kinda like that, but not as darastic

If online is German for, "in Chederer's imagination", then yes. The effect is only online.

i see no effekt too. but i had tested it maybe 10 minutes.
to know exactly "is there a difference or not"" needs little longer to proof.

when there is really a difference than its a sensation for ts3 player

I was looking for something on Xbox.com about this. I didn't find much, but I did find this:

http://www.xbox.com/en-US/community/per ... ntknow.htm

Game defaults are only picked up the first time you play a game, so if you change it after you've started a game, you'd still have to go into that game and change it manually. Also, the supported defaults vary by game.

So, since we've all played TS3 already, it would not have an effect unless we went into the game and changed it manually. But, we can't do that because there is no setting for that. Why? Because, "the supported defaults vary by game". Controller sensitivity is not an option supported by TS3.

I find that setting the racing to 'drift' mode helps a lot on my serve. The balls tend to drift right to the lines.
