A result cannot be submitted unless the match was actually played. If the host believes a player deserves to receive points, he may decide to give that player the points despite a walkover. But this is entirely the host's and admin's decision.
Ok thanks for the info...but the both have not play the Match therefore would it possible to make a "dream results".
