Top Spin 3 Update

I know there is an update to top spin 3.. but i never accept it cause its goin to take off the bug of the player creator right? But in that update is there another thing that they put?? like downloadable content like clothes or somthn??? Tell me what the update includes ok thx

I think it only helps with online connection of ts3 because I think there were some earlier issues, I got game after patch was released. It wouldn't be bad to have another one to stop the freezing in lobbies I hate when guy keeps joining and you have to keep kicking then eventually ts just freezes

Doesn't it not allow you to go on Xbox Live when you choose to not allow an update?
