LAGS?...

Here it is...
First,I believe i'm a good server...I'm able to touch lines wether i do "A","B","X" serve (most of time...)
And lately, i just couldn't serve an outwide serve on the advantage side...Well i can but it won't be on the line (or really close to it) and if i try a sliced one,it will end in a double fault...
I really don't understand...
Before,when there were lags,i was able to do those,cause i was almost able to do those with eyes closed...I just had to watch when the ball leave the hand and then i was able to hit a really good outwide serve (no matter the lag : i had the timing in my brain so well i could almost do it with close eyes...)
Same when the stamina was in red and heart bumping close to heart attack...I was able to 1st serve on the Adv side pretty well...
Something has changed lately...I don't know if i'm right or if i'm just beeing paranoid but i feel that now there is ALWAYS lags and it disturbs my serve a lot! (And some risky shots i felt i was able to do,but i can't anymore...)
Is it because i changed and try a lot of different SIM player?...But i never changed the Serve animation...I've always been using the "A" serve animation...It could be the explanation for me beeing not able to do risk shots (Lt+A or B while running...)...But not for the loss of my serve...
And weirdly,i feel i have not that problem on the Egality side...
Is it the guys who are able to control lags (to make you do double faults : when you try to touch lines,you have to be really precise on the timing when you realease the buttons...)
Is it really more and more lags (PAM has ceased to exist so there is no "technical support/improvement" anymore)?
Is it me beeing completely paranoid,and i have lost my timing?...Only on the Advantage side?...
I only started thinking this a couple of days ago...And i haven't played hundreds of matchs,so i could be completely wrong...But if someone can tell me about this...I'm really wondering...

Ok...I've played a dozen of matchs,and i'm becoming more and more sure that something has changed!...(In the xLive,my Xbox,or in my brain!)
I can't do the short-crossed sliced serve (outwide) on the advantage side in the same way as a few times before!...
The timing for aiming has changed!
The ball seems to float a little bit more...Or it goes A LOT more often in the top of the net!!!...
And it happens to me ONLY on the advantage side,when i try to do a short-crossed outwide serve...!
Am i becoming insane!Have i lost my timing!!!???Can it be something else? (Joystick Batteries?,the wireless stuff?...)
It drives me crazy!!!And i'm not fine!I'm not young!And i'm not a cannibal!!!


EDIT : It's not that i use this kind of serves often (i prefer to serve on the "T"),but tactically,it's important to do it here and there...To tell the guy "hey!I can do this too pal! "

i have same problem .
i can´t serve at moment ,like i served in earlier time.
my first serve quote is by 40 % (no joke -its too bad to be a joke )

its sure something have changed - but i don´t know its the game or me and my timing .

right now i got a idear how i can proof its me or the game himself .

i delete the new update and i try than to serve offline -:idea:
than i play the orginal released game,without updates !

when than my serve forward sucks ,than its my brain and my fingers who have problems with the timing .

I've plaied a fun set against Puttuputtu (Thx Puttu!Nice one! ) - I lost it of course...BUT my serves were back...ALL of them (outwides too)

And so i can say it's our brain Goa!(Or it's playing WT...)

Stupid me!

Edit : I've been testing too many players recently,and i think that's what causes me troubles with my serves...Now i'll stick with Naka!No matter if it's not the best for me...

.... I do feel that weight/build make a difference. I'm not 100% sure how the game calculates these things though, because I've been having strange experiences lately where my power level with Bishop seems to fluctuate wildly depending on who I'm playing. Against high power players I can crack non risk shots like I have 80+ power, but against 70 or lower power players we both hit incredibly weak shots.
Very strange algorithms at work here I guess, I used to think all the stats were static values, but now I'm not so sure....

AND

I have noticed same things. I think somehow the stat match ups have an affect on the match. I have been trying to figure this out to no avail. It just doesn't make sense....

....for example, I have much easier time returning a high stat serve with high stat return. But I find it hard to return against a low stat serve. Same with serving, somehow i hit more lines against a higher stat returners.

One thing is for sure, something changes, every match....the gameplay and shots are different every match.

....someimes I run like a rabbit, while others I cant move my player at all.

I had once though it may have something to do with the weather report coming up right before the match.....still possible I guess.

I have experienced this a lot. One match the serve works perfect, but not the other. And the matches are consecutive....so it is not my head....it is either Lag, or weather conditions/other variables build in to the game.

I KNOW that some matches, the ball feels heavier, slower and some matches faster, lighter...on the same court...again, consecutive matches.

I refuse to believe its my head I know I am screwed up, but not in this way

Pretty amazing that there's not more lag on xbox live. The only problem I have is when I play against people from asia. North americans- no lag at all. And of course it's fine vs euro folks.
